~ Hundreds of eagles migrate to the Wabasha area of the Mississippi River where the inflow of the Chippewa River mainains open water all winter.
~ Volunteers are available December through March to assist identifeing birds.
~ NEC offers field trips and classes, including Peregrine watch-ing on the bluffs over the river.
