~ For two centuries, Cape May has been the favored location for observing birds in North America, especially for Petegrines, Merlins, Ospreys and Sharp-shinned Hawks.
~ More than 400 different species have been seen on the peninsula during fall migration. Research includes Raptor Migration Counts, songbird, shorebird and seabird monitoring, and hutterfly monitoring.
~CMBO offers birdwatching lessons, field trips and internships.
